ce lundi 18 avril 2022, la Direction générale d’Aibd Sa confirme les tensions dans l’approvisionnement en kérosène de l’aéroport Blaise de Diass.
Dans un communiqué de presse, les services de Doudou Ka déclarent : « A travers une lettre en date du 15 avril 2022, le directeur général d’Aibd Sa a été informé par le directeur général de Smcady, société en charge de l’approvisionnement du kérosène, des difficultés dans l’avitaillement dudit carburant. »
D’après la direction, cette situation, « consécutive à une conjoncture internationale défavorable qui, conjuguée avec les tensions inédites sur les prix de certaines matières premières, a fortement perturbé le système d’approvisionnement en kérosène de ladite société ».
Pour faire face à cette conjoncture internationale née de l’intervention russe en Ukraine, la direction de l’Aibd annonce des mesures transitoires pour assurer la continuité des activités aéroportuaires. Ainsi, les opérateurs aériens sont invités à assurer eux-mêmes leur autonomie en kérosène.
« Les autorités sénégalaises ont pris toutes les mesures utiles et nécessaires, et ont déployé des solutions d’urgence pour faire face à cette situation nouvelle. L’Aibd Sa, qui est un acteur principal de la plateforme aéroportuaire nationale au service de l’intérêt général, s’est résolument engagé dans la recherche de solutions afin d’assurer la continuité des activités aéroportuaires au niveau du Sénégal », renseigne le communiqué.
A partir du dimanche 17 avril 2022 (hier), informe la direction d’Aibd Sa, « tous les opérateurs aériens opérant à l’aéroport international Blaise Diagne sont requis de prendre les dispositions nécessaires pour transporter la quantité de carburant nécessaire pour assurer l’autonomie en carburant des vols retour ».
Toutefois, assure-t-elle, « des dérogations exceptionnelles pourront être accordées, sur demande, par l’Agence nationale de l’aviation civile et de la météorologie (Anacim) pour répondre à des contraintes opérationnelles de certains transporteurs aériens ».
Pour ce qui est du retour à la normale, pour le moment, c’est le flou total. Aucune information n’est donnée à ce propos, aussi bien du côté de la direction de la Smcady que du côté de la Direction générale d’Aibd Sa.
