« En cours de route, il a cogné mon orteil. Vu qu’il saignait, il m’a demandé de descendre de la moto. C’est à ce moment que les assaillants l’ont attaqué », raconte la mise en cause à la barre du tribunal.
Me Djigo s’est défoulé sur la cheffe du gang car, dénonce-t-il, son acte contraste violemment avec celui des femmes de Nder.
Toujours selon SENENEWS, le procureur a requis la réclusion criminelle à perpétuité contre les accusés pour association de malfaiteurs, vol en réunion commis avec violence et usage de moyen de locomotion, ayant entraîné sept jours d’incapacité temporaire de travail.
