Arrestation D’Ousmane Sonko : Le Ministre De L’Intérieur, S’Explique

Ce mercredi, Ousmane Sonko, qui devait rejoindre le tribunal, a finalement été arrêté et placé en garde à vue pour trouble à l’ordre public. Une arrestation qui a provoqué la colère de beaucoup de Sénégalais, qui ont affronté les forces de l’ordre un peu partout sur le territoire national. Joint au téléphone par la Rfm, le ministre de l’Intérieur, Antoine Diome, a réagi à cette arrestation.

« Nous sommes dans une période où par décret présidentiel, il est interdit de procéder à des rassemblements. En exécuter de ces décrets, moi-même, j’ai pris des arrêtés sur la base desquelles il est interdit de procéder à des processions,
d’organiser des rassemblements ou des attroupements. Bien naturellement, vous avez suivi toute cette affaire qui concerne la justice et qui a fait l’objet d’une instruction en cours« , a-t-il expliqué.

« Tout citoyen, qu’il s’agisse d’un Sénégalais, ou (d’un hôte) vivant parmi nous, se doit de respecter les lois et règlements de notre pays. En application de tout ce qui se rapportera à la règlementation, relative à cet État de catastrophe sanitaire, devra faire l’application stricte et rigoureuse des textes de lois« , a ajouté le ministre avant de conclure : « Force restera à la loi, et que toutes les dispositions seront prises par la République du Sénégal, pour qu’il n’y ait pas de débordement, dans le cadre des méthodes classiques et techniques de rétablissement de l’ordre ».
