Ramadan 2021 : Le Cnra Interdit Tout Contenu Qui Tourne En Dérision La Religion

A quelques jours du mois béni et sacré du ramadan, le Conseil national de Régulation de l’Audiovisuel (CNRA) rappelle que des sanctions pourraient être prononcées contre les éditeurs qui violeraient la réglementation interdisant de tourner en dérision la religion ou l’incitation à la stigmatisation. Face au contexte de pandémie et de troubles sociaux notés ces derniers temps, le CNRA appelle également les médias, à éviter la diffusion de contenus susceptibles d’annihiler ou de contrecarrer les efforts nationaux, pour l’éradication de la maladie.

Depuis quelques années, le mois béni et sacré du ramadan, mois de prières, de ferveur religieuse et de recueillement par excellence, est devenu paradoxalement le mois le plus lourd de menaces sur la stabilité nationale et la cohésion sociale, souligne le Conseil national de Régulation de l’Audiovisuel (CNRA) dans un communiqué renseigne le Soleil. En effet, à l’opposé des grandes figures de l’Islam de notre pays qui n’ont cessé de tisser entre elles de solides liens, certains prêcheurs, versant souvent dans le divisionnisme et la comparaison, tiennent des propos de nature à :cultiver une compétition malsaine entre les confréries ; exposer aux attaques, dénigrement et discrédit des communautés religieuses et les personnes qui s’identifient à ces mêmes communautés, regrette le régulateur de l’Audiovisuel.

Le Conseil met fermement en garde et rappelle que des sanctions pourraient être prononcées contre les éditeurs qui violeraient la réglementation. Le CNRA rappelle son attachement à la liberté de presse et d’expression obligatoirement adossée au sens éprouvé de la responsabilité
