Un soldat sénégalais du 10e détachement de la Mission multidimensionnelle intégrée des Nations-unis pour la stabilisation au Mali (Minusma) a été tué, ce mercredi, dans un accident.
Selon le Directeur de l’information et des relations publiques des armées, Colonel Matar Diop, le drame a eu lieu vers 16 h entre Koro et Bankass. En effet, de retour de mission, un véhicule blindé s’est renversé sur le bas-côté de la route suite à l’éclatement d’un pneu avant.
D’après la même source, 3 autres militaires sénégalais ont été blessés. Ils sont évacués par hélicoptère à Sevaré.
La Dirpa annonce que des informations complémentaires seront données ultérieurement par voie de communiqué.
