La famille de Samba Amadou Sarr, mort d’une crise cardiaque après avoir été empêché de prendre part à une réunion, les dirigeants et supporters de l’ASC Thiossane de Pikine ont tenu une conférence de presse, ce jeudi pour demander justice. Ils comptent monter un collectif pour mener une désobéissance civile parallèlement à l’assemblée qui doit se tenir demain vendredi. Ils précisent aussi qu’ils vont constituer un pool d’avocats pour que toute la lumière soit faite sur sa mort.
« Samba Sarr était sur le chemin de notre mission. Depuis sa mort, aucun acte n’a été posé. Qu’ils nous disent Augustin Senghor, Abdoulaye Sow, Amadou Sy Babacar Gueye tous ces gens, où se situe leur responsabilité. Nous voulons la justice pour Samba Sarr clairement et justement. Nous allons monter un collectif pour la justice. Nous allons mener une désobéissance civile parallèlement à leur assemblée de demain. Nous allons également constituer un pool d’avocats. Aujourd’hui nous demandons justice pour Samba Sarr », a indiqué Madiaba Gueye, secrétaire général de l’ASC Thiosane de Pikine.
Pa Diakhaté, dirigeant de l’ASC Thiosane de Pikine, est revenu de long en large sur les faits lors. « Je voudrais dire que le 31 juillet 2021 devant la porte du complexe Léopold Sedar Senghor, notre héro porté son dernier combat au nom de Pikine et de l’ASC qu’il représenté. Devant l’interdiction d’accès, il a refusé comme il l’a toujours fait d’ailleurs. Depuis des médiations ont été faite, des procédures ont été faite, une autopsie a été faite et l’ensemble de la documentation a été remise aux autorités judiciaires et administratives de ce pays. Depuis lors, nous attendons aucune réaction n’a été faite », dit-il.
Poursuivant ses propos, il ajoute : « Nous jeunes du Département de Pikine avons voulu, suivre la voie diplomatique, républicaine. Le Département de Pikine, le Thiossane football club, la famille de Samba Amadou Sarr qui est là présente, demande à ce que justice soit faite. Nous disons à l’endroit de l’Etat du Sénégal, du Ministre des Sport, de la fédération de football, du monde sportif, que les élections de demain ne se tiendront. Même s’ils feront ses élections sous leur lit nous les trouveront là-bas. Nous avons voulu adopter la procédure normale dès le décès d’Amadou Sarr. On a demandé à ce que l’autopsie soit faite. Les résultats sont à leur disposition. Ce qui reste à faire, c’est de situer les responsabilités.
Selon ses enfants, leur père se sent insulté. Car soutient sa fille Fatoumata Sarr, malgré ce qui s’est passée, ils continuent de suivre leur activité sportive. Et en plus la justice reste toujours dans le mutisme. Selon elle, le procureur doit s’autosaisir. « Nous ne sommes pas prêtes à baisser les bras. Et nous ne baisserons pas les bras », tonne t-elle.
