Assemblée Nationale: Abdoulaye Daouda Diallo Devant Les Députés, Ce Lundi

Les Députés sont convoqués en séance plénière le lundi, 11 avril prochain. Le ministère des finances et du budget va défendre deux projets de loi.

•L’un est le Projet de loi n°39/2021 relatif au secteur parapublic, au suivi du portefeuille de l’Etat et au contrôle des personnes morales de droit privé bénéficiant du concours financier de la puissance publique ;

•L’autre est le Projet de loi n°41/2021 modifiant la loi n°65-61 du 19 juillet 1965 portant Code des Obligations de l’Administration modifiée ;

•Le troisième est le Projet de loi n°03/2022 relatif à la répartition et à l’encadrement de la gestion des recettes issues de l’exploitation des hydrocarbures. A indiqué notre source.
