La Foire internationale de Dakar (FIDAK) se tiendra du 25 mars au 8 avril 2021, a annoncé mardi le directeur général du Centre international extérieur du Sénégal (CICES), Salihou Keita.
’’La 29ème édition de la FIDAK, annuellement organisée au mois de décembre, est décalée en raison de la pandémie de Covid-19 mais elle se tiendra du 25 mars au 8 avril de l’année prochaine’’, a-t-il déclaré, lors d’une conférence de presse.
Salihou Keita a souligné que la 29ème édition de la Foire internationale de Dakar (FIDAK) aura pour thème : ’’Agriculture : levier de la relance économique, enjeux et perspectives’’.
’’Nous somme en train de prendre toutes les dispositions nécessaires pour organiser une foire professionnelle et inclusive pour que les populations s’intéressent davantage à ce grand événement du CICES’’, a-t-il assuré.
’’Nous allons envoyer des correspondances à tous les pays qui avaient l’habitude de participer à la foire parce que nous voulons faire de notre mieux pour consolider la coopération des acteurs économiques de nos différents pays à travers les échanges commerciaux’’, a ajouté le directeur du CICES.
Il a annoncé que le CICES allait également organiser des salons spécialisés pour permettre aux différents ministères de venir exposer ce qu’ils ont réalisé et par la même occasion en profiter pour faire la promotion de leurs différentes domaines d’activités.
Au cours de cette rencontre avec les journalistesn, M. Keita a présenté l’état des lieux du CICES et décliné sa feuille de route pour ’’le repositionnement stratégique’’ de la structure sur ’’l’échiquier événementiel économique et culturel national et international’’ dans un contexte marqué par la pandémie de la Covid-19.
