Un pays, Deux dictateurs (Par Maoodo Malick Ndiaye)

La liste est longue des victimes de Macky. Les deux K emblématiques restent Khalifa Sall et Karim Wade. Son passé qui parle plus que la hurlerie d’une meute de hyènes ? C’est que ces hyènes tiennent en leurs cros d’où pendent des morceaux de charognes, des monceaux de baux et de titres fonciers pris au dépeçage du patrimoine foncier des Sénégalais.

Un nouveau monstre se profile, que n’astreint aucune morale, que ne trouble aucune bavure. Que le Khalife Général des mourides lui rappelle les morts qui devraient hanter sa conscience ne l’eprouve guère. Autrement, il aurait eu quelque gêne à se présenter devant les caméras pour se glorifier de son comportement de député gladiateur. Ses amis dans la Presse tout comme les cadres de son Parti regardent ailleurs. Ce n’est pas grave puisque que c’est sonkolesque.

Le Sénégal est pris entre Charybde et Scylla, entre la Peste et la Covid. Ce pays, naguère admiré par ses voisins pour la qualité de ses débats politiques, sombre depuis près de six ans dans une ambiance où l’injure, la calomnie et la banalité des arguments étouffent l’intelligence. Des catégories qui relèvent des querelles de bornes fontaines font leur entrée : la jalousie, l’aigreur, par exemple, sont souvent agitées par ceux qui se disent pompeusement cadres. Cadres de bornes puits…

Un vaccin ? Un remède ? Il en existe de simple : la liberté d’expression, la démocratie. Cela exige du courage et de la culture. Or, le courage a déserté beaucoup de cœurs, la culture s’est dissipée au Sénégal, supplantée par une épaisse ignorance.
Parce ce qu’ils sont ignares, on ne devrait pas leur en vouloir, si ce n’était qu’il y a déjà 14 morts au passif. Et qu’ils ne semblent pas peu fiers de tenir entre leurs mains le pouvoir de déclencher d’autres vagues meurtrières.
