Le Sénégal Et La Banque Mondiale Signent Quatre Accords De Financement

Monsieur Abdoulaye Daouda Diallo, Ministre des finances et du budget, a procédé à la signature de quatre accords avec le Directeur des opérations de la Banque Mondiale, Monsieur Nathan BELETE.

Ces accords sont relatifs au Projet d’Amélioration des Performances du Système Educatif (PAPSE); Projet d’amélioration de l’accès à l’électricité au Sénégal (PADAES); Projet de développement économique de la Casamance (PDEC); et le Programme d’amélioration de la connectivité dans les zones de production agricole du nord et du centre du Senegal (PCZA), pour un montant global de 495
millions de dollars. La cérémonie a eu lieu, ce mardi 12 avril, à Dakar, en présence du Ministres Mansour Faye, en charge des Infrastructures, des Transports Terrestres et du désenclavement.

Ces quatre accords permettront selon le ministre des finances et du budget Abdoulaye Daouda Diallo à un enfant d’étudier dans des conditions décentes, notamment sous une lumière électrique, pour réaliser des activités économiques dont les parents pourront mieux accéder aux marchés porteurs grâce à la connectivité routière.

Pour résumer, ces 4 projets sont le signe d’une volonté de l’Etat de trouver des solutions aux préoccupations des populations et pour , comme l’a réaffirmé le Président du Groupe de la Banque Mondiale David Malpass lors de sa rencontre avec le Président Macky Sall le mois dernier, conclut le ministre Abdoulaye Daouda Diallo.
